7. Cardio Party Mashup
I came across this channel because I am a huge BTS fan. Yes, the K-pop group Bangtan Sonyeondan! And I stayed hooked because they are so much fun. When you are working out from home, you need your exercises to be fun too. You will not even realize the number of calories you would burn following their exercises. And if you are BTS fan, I am sure you will prefer this channel over anyone else.
8. Cure fit
This YouTube channel offers a variety of workouts. It has knowledgeable instructors offering advice and information about weight loss. You can find cardio and HIIT to strength training and Yoga exercises. They also have a series of challenges that you can undertake for your weight loss journey.
I have seen many friends who feel intimidated to start working out. They feel that until they start an intense routine, it wouldn’t help them at all. Start small and easy! You can gradually build up your stamina and follow exercises accordingly. From the above list of YouTube Channels for workouts, I would recommend starting with the walking exercises and continuing from there. Being consistent is more important to build a habit!
Hope you found the above list useful! It is my personal list and thus they are personal recommendations. Do let us know in the comments if you have any favorite YouTube channel that you follow.
